Don & Wendy
For the past 21 years Don & Wendy have found themselves in one form of Ministry or another, whether it be Pastoring, teaching at a Bible School, or evangelizing on the streets, they have tried to serve the Lord wherever they were.
They met at a Bible School in Tulsa Oklahoma in 1975, were married after graduation and moved to Childress Texas to help a friend in the Ministry, Andrew Wommack. After working together for a couple years and the birth of their first child, Stephen, they moved to Albuquerque New Mexico where they ministered in various churches and home groups in the city. After four years there and the birth of their twin daughters, Vickie and Vita, they moved to Clayton New Mexico to Pastor a church. They also established a restaurant called "Krow Bar- B-Que", but found that working for the Lord was much more rewarding! They went on to Pastor four churches in different places.
They now currently reside in Colorado Springs and have worked for Andrew Wommack Ministries for the past ten years. Don is an instructor at Colorado Bible College which was founded by Andrew Wommack three years ago, and he also has helped with the writing of the "Life For Today Bible Study Commentary". He is an Associate Minister with Andrew Wommack Ministries.
Don & Wendy's ministry is centered in a strong emphasis of God's unconditional love and grace. They believe in and teach the victorious Christian life. Don states, "The Christian life does not consist of becoming stronger and stronger, but rather becoming weaker and weaker, to the point of never relying upon our own resources again. God has not made provision for changing our life, but rather for exchanging His life for our weakness".
